Fondarex Celebrates 80 Years with Advanced FX Technology Training in Chicago

In 2026, Fondarex marks 80 years of innovation in die casting, built on a foundation of engineering expertise, practical problem-solving, and close collaboration with manufacturers. As part of this milestone year, Fondarex is bringing its Global FX Technology Training to the Chicago area for a focused, hands-on technical event. The two-day training will take place March 18–19, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, just outside Chicago.

This is technical training, not a sales seminar. Sessions are led by Fondarex engineers who design and support the technology, with a strong emphasis on real-world application and actionable takeaways. The program is designed for engineers, operators, and technical leaders looking to improve casting quality and process stability.

Training Topics Include
• FX VAC: Vacuum die casting fundamentals, system design, operation, maintenance, and simulation
• FX JET: Targeted jet cooling of hot spots, nozzle design, process parameters, and performance impact
• FX SQUEEZE: Decentralized feeding, shrinkage control, squeeze design, risks, and real-world application examples

Registration Details
The cost to attend is $1,100 (plus applicable tax) and includes two nights of hotel accommodations, meals during the training, snacks and refreshments, and all course materials. Attendance is limited to 25 participants to ensure an interactive, hands-on learning environment.
