ArtiFlex Announces New Strategic Structure and Addition of Industry Veteran to Support Continued Growth
Grand Rapids, MI- ArtiFlex Manufacturing, Inc. today announced a strategic realignment of leadership responsibilities under the banner ArtiFlex Holdings and the family of companies within its umbrella. With considerable organic and inorganic growth in the last two years, the new structure is designed to provide greater focus on established operations, strengthen leadership capacity for emerging businesses and support the organization’s next phase of sustainable, profitable growth.
Erin Hoffmann, founder and current CEO, will serve as CEO and Chairman of the Board of ArtiFlex Holdings, maintaining active leadership of the organization’s long-term strategy, ownership and ESOP stewardship, capital allocation, acquisitions, continued development and corporate governance as it grows and expands.
ArtiFlex Manufacturing announces the promotion of Rand Stille to CEO. Stille will lead the company’s established tooling and manufacturing businesses (Tooling Group in Grand Rapids, MI, Hercules Tooling in Warren, MI and manufacturing plants in Wooster and Clyde, OH), with a focus on strategic growth, operational execution, customer service, performance and profitable growth.

on Husby has joined the ArtiFlex team as CEO of the newly formed ArtiCast business group, along with the Aerospace, Defense, Prototype subsidiary (ArtiFlex ADP); and the automation businesses (AutoMatrix and Ingemat). In this role, he will focus on building these businesses, developing leadership depth and accelerating profitable growth across their markets and capabilities. Husby brings decades of leadership and extensive board experience, including serving as the Current Chair of the Board of the Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA).
