The recently completed NADCA die casting census resulted in four reports of value to all North American die-casting companies.  Each report is available separately, or may be purchased as a set.  Reading all four reports will provide the most current insight on the North American die casting industry and how to prioritize your marketing to the end-market segments served by the die casting industry.

Census of the Die Casting Industry.  Here is the most current available information on the North American die casting industry.  This report contains the complete statistical results of the NADCA Census. It includes statistical summaries of our findings on the count of die casting companies, regional distribution of die casting, alloys cast, employment, quality certifications, and services provided by die casters.

Die Casting Shipments.  This report details the shipments, by alloy, of die castings in 2007,  the custom versus captive breakdown, and industry sales estimates.  Included in the report are projections for shipments in 2008 from recently reported data.  Additionally, forecasts are made for 2009 and 2010.

Die Casting Machine Estimates.  This report estimates the number of die casting machines, breaks down their size, and alloys they produce.  It also segments the data by regions of the country.
