NADCA will limit
distribution of all technical and managerial information/data developed and/or copyrighted
by the Association for a period of one year after the copyright date. This information
will be available immediately after the copyright date for use by industry in North
America. The immediate availability will also be to companies and plants owned by NADCA
Corporate members that are outside of North America. All research updates, final research
reports, and NADCA copyrighted publications/software would be considered under this
policy.
Furthermore, educational courses,
conferences, and seminars will only be made available to companies operating in North
America. However, if a NADCA Corporate member has a facility outside of North America,
NADCA can provide the course requested or allow attendance to its conference or seminar.
The member will be responsible for any translation of materials.
The exception to this policy will be the
distribution of Die Casting Engineer magazine. The magazine will be delivered to all
"members in good standing" throughout the world.
Finally, specific technical and managerial
information/data developed and/or copyrighted by NADCA can have additional limits placed
on distribution if requested by the NADCA sponsoring committee.
