Phillips, WI – Phillips Plastics Corp. has donated a warehouse in Phillips, WI, to Northcentral Technical College (NTC). Thisfacility will help the school’s expansion goals into northern Wisconsin and improve their presence in Price County. The Center of Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing will be a place for high school and NTC students from the area to explore career opportunities in manufacturing.

The donation will help the community and Phillips Plastics by allowing NTC to give their students a better educational experience with a potential employer in the area.

“We are pleased to support NTC’s expansion into northern Wisconsin. Making this location a center of excellence for manufacturing is a huge benefit for our community and Phillips Plastics,” said Phillips Plastics plant manager Jason Grendahl. “To be a partner with a technical institute to help define curriculum and provide career opportunities for the citizens of Phillips and our surrounding communities is truly a win-win situation."
