Washington Affairs

NADCA provides leadership as the exclusive source of government relations services for the die casting industry. Members are provided with timely information on federal legislation, laws and regulations that impact die casting operations. Member’s opinions on die casting issues are advocated before Congress and key federal agencies. NADCA informs congress and federal agencies of the impact of their decision-making to the die casting industry. All members are encouraged to attend the Government Affairs Briefing in Washington, DC, for an opportunity to meet with federal lawmakers and gather information on critical issues facing the industry.

Publications

NADCA’s publications, Die Casting Engineer and LINKS, consistently contain articles and columns on industry matters, federal issues and programs, so members are always kept up-to-date on the current issues. Several long-standing projects include participation in the Department of Energy’s Metalcasting Research Program and involvement in the Department of Defense’s Casting Conversion Program.
