The pulse of the industry needs to be followed, understood and forecasted. NADCA continuously collects statistics on the industry. Corporate Members are the first to be invited to participate in all surveys. The results are then distributed complimentary through LINKS magazine or at a substantially reduced cost to members.

State of the Industry

The State of the Industry report educates the die casting industry on specific data and forecasts the shape of the industry, present and future. This useful information allows you to know what to expect in the coming year. The article is featured in LINKS and Die Casting Engineer.

Wage and Benefit

The NADCA Annual Wage and Fringe Benefit Survey is specifically designed for the die casting industry. This survey represents of 39 companies in the die casting industry nationwide with detailed summaries for direct labor employees. In addition, the survey includes wage rates for 13 key direct labor employees, analysis of insurance coverage, determining compensation standards and selecting fringe benefit plans and insurance. Corporate Members receive this publication at a 50% discount.

Operational Costs

Members are invited to participate in the Operational Cost survey which enables corporations to compare their productivity to other companies. This data allows companies to make important choices about their company’s efficiency and economic future.

Shipment Data

Shipment data is collected from the members and is used to forecast future shipments in specific markets and overall.

Financial Survey

This survey answers a number of important questions that affect the overall success of a company. It assesses how successful one company is compared to a similarly sized company. The survey allows a company to evaluate their financial performance and employee productivity as it compares to the industry average, while also alerting a company to growth trends they can expect regionally and nationally. Corporate Members who participated in this survey received the full report for free.
