Publications and Software

NADCA continues to introduce new and revised publications and software. Topics range from management to processes and are available in formats from DVDs to printed books. Corporate Members receive a discounted rate and are often the first to be offered NADCA’s new publications and software.

Transactions

NADCA Technical Archives offers downloadable Die Casting Engineer magazine articles, NADCA research reports and Congress Transactions. Die Cast Engineer technical articles are available from 1988 through the present. Congress Transactions since 1960 are searchable and contain virtually all papers from each Die Casting Congress for the past 50 years.

The Technical Archive can be searched by category (DCE Reports, Transactions) and/or by keyword. DCE articles from 1988 to present and all Transactions are downloadable directly from the site. DCE articles prior to 1988, and all reports are available via e-mail. This valuable resource is free for members!

Safety Standards

The frequency and injury rates for the die casting industry are approximately twice those of other private industries. Personal injuries that are the result either from work conditions or unsafe acts all contribute to the high rates. NADCA’s concern for this trend has resulted in the production of a number of safety related materials and programs directed toward assisting the die caster in reducing incidents and personal injuries. NADCA’s Safety Standards publication is provided free to members.
