NADCA’s Die Casting Design Web site offers instant support for design assistance available via phone and e-mail. Such assistance can cover any die casting design topic but typically includes CAD Model Analysis, Wall Thickness, Draft, Parting Lines, Fillets, Die Geometry, Core Holes, Secondary Operations, Surface Treatment and Machining.

NADCA Design was established to provide die casting product design assistance & resources to employees in the following areas: Engineering, Quality, Product Design, Manufacturing, Product Design, Purchasing and Testing.
