Sample Meeting Follow-up Thank You Note
Be sure to follow up your Congressional meeting with a thank you note, such as the sample below.  You might also e-mail a brief note of thanks immediately and then send a letter in the mail to create an even better impression.  Make sure that your thank-you is printed on your company’s letterhead.

Each year, die casters produce thousands of non-ferrous castings that are used by a wide variety of industries including automotive, defense, aerospace, construction, hardware, agriculture, appliance, telecommunications and many more. In fact, castings are used in 90 percent of all manufactured goods. The die casting industry contributes over $7.3 billion to the nation’s economy annually and provides over 65,000 jobs.
