In March, Patricia Poole (lawyer from Baker Hostetler) spoke at the NADCA Executive Conference about OSHA activities, industries being targeted, OSHA strategies, and what to do when they come knocking. In addition Poole presented an OSHA Compliance webinar in May. Since this information was so well received, NADCA has asked Patricia to conduct a series of OSHA related webinars. Poole has significant experience assisting employers with matters involving federal and state safety and health statutes and regulations, including defending OSHA citations and whistleblower claims. She has worked with many clients in the aftermath of catastrophic workplace events causing, property damage and other types of loss. This series will provide an information on various aspects of OSHA investigations and citations.
