Refunds
If a course is cancelled by the registrant 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE COURSE, a full refund will be given. If a course is not cancelled by the registrant, no refund will be given. If a cancellation is RECEIVED WITHIN LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE COURSE, a registrant may use the monies toward another course within a 12-month period. If a course IS NOT PAID AND IS CANCELLED 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE COURSE, the student MUST PAY THE INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE COURSE CONCLUSION and may use it as a credit toward another course within the 12-month period.

Cancellations
NADCA reserves the right to cancel a class 5 DAYS prior to the scheduled meeting date if that class does not meet the minimum attendance number. In such cases, a full refund of all registration fees will be made.

Late Registration
Registrations not received TWO CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE will be considered a late registration and handled on a space-available basis.

Substitutions
Substitutions can be made at any time consistent with enrollment policy.

Changes
NADCA course(s) are subject to changes and modifications without prior or written notice.
