When will the video tutorials be available to exhibitors?

We are targeting the end of August. You will be notified when the videos are available online. In the meantime, we suggest taking a look at your existing marketing materials and making any updates you might need. Please also see our Overview of the Exhibitor Portal  document.

 

What kind of files can be uploaded? How large can the files be?

You can upload .pdf, .jpeg, .mp4 files. Please do not exceed 10mb per file.

 

Are there any other types of additional sponsorship opportunities?

How can I edit our directory listing?

You can log into your exhibitor record using these instructions. You can edit your listing at any time throughout until the conclusion of the event.

 

How will I obtain leads from this event?

Your leads will be available to you in real time. If an attendee interacts with your listing you will receive their information.

How do I interact with attendees throughout the event?

Attendees will have the ability to visit your company profile that may contain handouts and videos on your products and services. In addition attendees can request 1 on 1 video meetings with you for more in depth discussions.  

Will I receive an attendee list?

Yes, you will. You will receive a list the week before the event. After the event concludes you will receive the full list, as we do anticipate people registering throughout the event.

What is the 2020 cancellation policy?

2020 COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (Applicable to 2020 only):
Any notice of cancellation must be in writing. If received by July 1, 2020, 100% of money paid will be refunded. If booth space is cancelled between July 1, 2020 and September 15, 2020, 50% of money paid will be refunded. If booth space is cancelled after September 15, 2020, all payments are non-refundable.

As opposed to receiving a refund, money paid to NADCA for the 2020 event can be applied to a booth space at the Die Casting Congress & Exposition in 2021.

In the event that NADCA cancels the event, all money will be refunded or can be applied to the Die Casting Congress & Exposition in 2021.
