Die Cast Machine Operator Department Supervisor
The Die Cast Machine Operator Department Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and coordinating the work of employees who set up and operate die cast machines. The Die Cast Machine Operator Department Supervisor will work with all areas of the company, specifically with other supervisors, other department personnel, quality control, maintenance, and engineering. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to promote and track standard work to ensure that employees are executing tasks by following the specific set of rules, processes, and best practices. Assign tasks, manage workflow, monitor the quality of work, and handle employee problems. Keep shift manager informed of problems, productivity, safety concerns, and successes. Identify safety hazards, unsafe conditions, and/or unsafe acts and provide direction to correct any issue that arises. Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiencies, all with effective communication with other supervisors at shift change. Requirements are a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of die casting experience with some supervisor responsibilities.

Die Cast Machine Maintenance Technician
The Die Cast Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain die cast machines and other facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes. Job functions include performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of production machines, as well as effectively being able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work with orders to perform required maintenance and service. Technicians are responsible for maintaining clean and orderly work areas and comply with proper safety regulations. Requirements are a high school diploma or GED with minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience with production maintenance.

Die Cast Tool and Die Repair Technician
The Die Cast Tool and Die Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing die cast dies, trim dies, and fixtures for production. Job functions are operating manual lathes, surface grinders, milling machines, welders, and other tool room equipment. Troubleshooting for basic repairs for common die casting issues including flash, broken ejector pins, stuck parts, or bent or broken pins. Must be familiar with using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, digital read outs, as well as reading and understanding blueprints and drawings. Requirements are a high school diploma or GED, previous die cast experience, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills to maintain and update data. Must be available for training on 1st shift. Open position is on 2nd or 3rd shift. 

Die Cast Machine Manager
The Die Cast Machine Manager will spend consistent time each week to fully understand all aspects of machine resources and production to target. Responsibilities include scheduling shop orders to optimize machine time with production time and determining resource requirements within the Die Cast functions of set-up, set-in, operators, and maintenance. The person in this position will need to be able to develop, communicate, and monitor machine productivity capacities, as well as assist in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning. The Die Cast Machine Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives related to the die cast machines and will work with process engineering on changes in process and new technologies that are implemented. Other responsibilities will be to determine, schedule, implement, and track TPM. Requirements for good candidates are bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, previous experience in the die cast industry, ability to change priorities and direction based on daily needs, and the ability to problem solved quickly.

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor assists in the completion of day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment, and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, machines, production lines, grounds keeping, security, and overall facility appearance. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor are preparing work schedules and assigning work, managing performance of direct reports, develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery, manage appropriate third-party contractor support as needed, and enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices. Qualifications for this position are exceptional organizational skills, leadership knowledge and experience, continuous improvement experience, problem solving and analysis skills, a high school or trade school diploma, six years of industrial maintenance experience, and excellent engineering analytical aptitude. This individual must demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude, personal stability, and sound consistent judgement.
