This presentation is intended to provide guidance to help NADCA member companies in developing a Business Continuity Program for their respective organizations. The presentation will focus on creating a Business Continuity Program using a systematic process that can be broken down into six fundamental steps. As we discuss the development approach, we will provide an overview of the process, procedures, templates, examples, and tools that are provided in the new Business Continuity Guidance Document. The guidance should help member companies appropriately respond to an incident, resume operations, and sustain their businesses.
