Wieland Caro GmbH (Wendelstein, Germany) and Integrity Light Metals LLC (Chicago, USA), announce a new cooperation agreement aimed at expanding technical support and enhancing die casting capabilities throughout North America.

Integrity Light Metals—a respected supplier of high-integrity prototype die castings and a long-standing consulting resource for OEMs and Tier 1 & Tier 2 die cast suppliers—will now provide onsite technical support for both current and future Wieland Caro customers across the region. As the industry’s leading supplier of advanced shot tip and tip lubrication systems, Wieland Caro plays a critical role in the production of powertrain components and high-vacuum structural die castings.

Their patented shot tip technologies -Caro Tec (Powertrain), Caro Vac (Vacuum), Caro Bull (HPDC general) and Caro VTX (Giga/ Mega), featuring a unique omega circlip design that delivers exceptional sealing performance between the tip and the cold chamber. Notably, Wieland Caro offers the only shot tip on the market with a closed pressure ring, providing superior sealing for demanding vacuum applications.
