ADC Aerospace Announces Acquisition of Hyatt Die Cast & Engineering Corporation

BUENA PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ADC Aerospace (“ADC” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of complex, highly-engineered turnkey die-cast parts used in critical applications in the aerospace and defense markets, today announced that it has acquired Hyatt Die Cast & Engineering Corporation (“Hyatt” or “the Company”), a leading manufacturer of aluminum and zinc die castings. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Since being acquired in 2019 by GreyLion, an investment firm focused on high-growth businesses, ADC has continued to build on its long history of serving as a top-performing manufacturer and trusted business partner. The acquisition of Hyatt brings together the two largest aerospace and defense-focused turnkey die-casting businesses and further positions ADC as a market leader in aerospace and defense castings with unique opportunities to drive additional growth both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Upon completion of the transaction, the newly combined company will begin work on transitioning the Hyatt business into ADC’s campus in Buena Park, California.
