INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS

  • Exhibitor Visa Letter Request

BADGES

  • All badges will bear ONLY the name of the ONE exhibiting company signing space contract.
  • Show management reserves the right to abbreviate the name of exceptionally long company names UNLESS exhibitor submits a preferred abbreviation.
  • NO badges will be mailed.
  • Each exhibitor registrant will be emailed a confirmation. Please check the email opt-out box  if you do not wish to have your email address shared with any exhibiting companies.
COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBITOR BADGE CALCULATION
  • Your cost to exhibit includes two complimentary Congress Sessions & Exhibits registrations per 10x10 booth.
  • Additional badges (over your complimentary allotment) may be ordered at a charge of $10 per additional name for Exhibits Only Passes, and $200 for additional Congress Sessions & Exhibits Registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Notice of cancellation of Die Casting Congress & Tabletop registration must be in writing and received by August 31, 2017 for a refund, minus a $25 administration fee. There will be no refunds after August 31, 2017. Substitutes will be accepted at any time. Please submit all cancellations in writing by sending to  expo@diecasting.org or via fax to 847.279.0002. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honored.
