They are currently developing and producing their die-casting machines respectively. But they have reached this agreement with the prospect that joining together their respective knowledge and expertise in developing and producing products and mutual utilization of their production facilities in China have a variety of advantages such as further cost reduction and quality improvement as well as quick expansion of the product line-ups.
