However, sometimes the advice you are given can be incorrect. It is sometimes advisable to call at different times to speak with different people. You can receive more than one answer to the same question or even receive conflicting answers when speaking to different people. Write your question down and repeat it verbatim to each advisor. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive you can ask to speak to a supervisor.
