You will need
these instructions in order to edit your listing.
Edit your Capabilities Directory Record To edit your Capabilities Directory Record, you will need the ID of your company
record and a password. Once you have the ID and password, you may
log in.
Please note that your personal ID will not work, you must have your company
record ID.
If this
is your first time changing your record, we suggest you change your login
and password. This can be done on the left hand side, Change Password.
After you have logged in, on the left hand side, under the Profile menu, click on
the ID.
Edit your address: Click the "edit"
button. Correct or Add information and then click the "Submit"
button. Do not put a name in the First and Last Name fields. They will not
appear on your listing.
Edit your
capabilities information: Click "Edit Listing on the left hand side.
The first set of fields ask
information about your operation.
There are several types of fields.
Text Box:
Requires a value to be typed.
Drop down box:
Requires only one choice
to be selected.
Multi Select
Box:
Allows multiple
choices. Can be done by holding down the "Ctrl" key on
your key board, and clicking on the choices you wish to add or delete from
your listing.
The second
set of fields ask information about the number of the machines you have for each
alloy group.
There
are 5 ranges:
Below 50 tons
51 to 400 tons
401 to 800 tons
801 to 1500 tons
Over 1501 tons
The third
group of fields asks for your part size capabilities.
For the example at
right, the list would appear:
Size: Aluminum: .5" x 3" to 24" x 48"
Weight: Aluminum: 1 oz. to 60 lb.
All
sizes are in inches. Weight asks for smallest size in oz., and
largest size in lb.
When you are finished
editing your record, you must scroll up to the top of your screen and click the
button.
You will receive a message
"Capabilities Inserted Successfully. Your record has now been
modified.
