About Die Casting
The most cost effective, environmentally friendly way to mass-produce quality metal parts

Die casting produces metal parts by forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable steel molds. These molds, called dies, can be designed to produce complex shapes with a high degree of accuracy. Parts can be sharply defined, with smooth or textured surfaces, and are suitable for a wide variety of attractive and serviceable finishes.

Parts produced by the process, or "die castings," can be found in thousands of consumer, commercial, and industrial products—everything from automobiles and airplanes to furniture and toys. Without die casting, many products would be too expensive or time consuming to make. As such, entire industries depend on a healthy die casting industry.
