Where can I find chapter information on NADCA's website?
This information can be found by pointing your browser to
http://www.diecasting.org/chapter.
What information can I find there?
NADCA posts individual Chapter meeting announcements, educational events
and much more, specific to each Chapter.
Can I get my meeting notice posted?
Any NADCA Chapter in good standing may submit their information to be
posted on NADCA's website.
How do I get my meeting notice to NADCA?
Send your meeting notice electronically
to anderson@diecasting.org. Please note that we can only
accept files for a PC, and created in any Microsoft®
or Adobe® product.
How far in advance should I send the information?
The sooner the better! As with any announcement, the sooner someone can
put it on their calendar, the better chances are they will attend.
Chapter Rosters
How do I get information on my chapter members?
You can get your Chapter's roster - on demand! And as current as of this
very minute!
How do you do this? If you are authorized by your Chapter to have the
rosters, simply go to
www.diecasting.org/members. Follow the directions to log in. Once in,
besides all the regular benefits of membership, you will also see the
phrase, "Chapter Roster Data Export." Click on it, and it will get you to
your Chapter list!
If you do not have access, first contact
chapter@diecasting.org
to review who your Chapter contacts are. Requests to add/change your contact
information can be sent to this email address as well.
What does this mean to your Chapter? First, you can get the most current
list of members when you need it. Doing a Chapter mailing today? Get a
current list today. Second, you can check and see if a person is a member.
You can be on the phone with someone and check immediately to see if someone
truly is a card carrying member. (A powerful recruitment tool!)
Remember: It is ALWAYS available and ALWAYS current!
Can we have more than one contact?
Yes. Many times chapters have several people that need the current
chapter roster. Instead of sharing one, NADCA can simply add people to the
access list and each person can retrieve the same roster. But
remember: These lists are property of the North American Die Casting
Association. The addresses on these lists may only be used in official
business conducted by NADCA Chapters. Use of these lists in any other manner
is illegal. These lists contain addresses that flag wrongful activity.
What type of information is in this electronic file?
The file contains name,
address, fax, phone and other contact
information on
the members in your Chapter.
What do I do with this file?
Since it is a simple Excel® file, you
can do mail merges, print labels, print rosters and more. Contact the
NADCA staff if you have questions.
